The crystallizers of the FB series are based on the principle of the vibrating fluidized bed with material advancement on a perforated plane suspended by the airflow and vibrations of the plane. The system is suitable for the crystallization and drying of PET granules or flakes from washing lines. The residence time is very short (less than 15 minutes). Air heating can be done by electric heaters, natural gas, thermal oil exchanger, or steam. High-pressure fan with variable flow rate. Partial recycling of the air used in the drying process for energy savings. The Siemens PLC control allows operation with high confidence in every phase of work by setting the working parameters.
